About the SFA
The Suriname Football Association is established in October 1920 and became member of the FIFA in May 1929; CONCACAF member in 1965 – Caribbean Football Union 1979 ; already participated within three FIFA Goal Projects of which latest was approved in March 2010. Presently focusing upon Youth-and Women’s football development and opportunities to establish Grass Roots- and Beach soccer. The Trinidad and Tobago Football Association was formed on July 23rd, 1908. After Independence in 1962, the TTFA was affiliated with FIFA and its confederate member, CONCACAF. On September 13, 1998, the name of the Association was officially changed to The Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation, and a revised corporate logo was adopted. There is now the Professional Football league, the FA Trophy Competition, National Super League and Regional Amateur Leagues, Youth Leagues, and the Secondary Schools League.
